Lived here for 1 year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighborhood. Well maintained building. Somewhat responsive maintenance staff.
Cons:
A/c units doubled for heat but they broke a couple of times. Rent was increased by 62%.

Too expensive for what it is
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is amazing, a great location with great finishes and a very lovely neighborhood.
Cons:
The property management company is hiking rent by over $2k, that's why I had to leave and compared to other similar apartments in the area that are going for roughly the same or even less, this place has 0 of their amenities like roof access or in building laundry. The drywall in the apartment must have been the cheapest that you can buy because you can hear everything throughout the apartment. Towards the end of the lease I started to notice more bugs getting in through the drains and cracks in the floors. The property management company also is not responsive to repairs when needed, we had excessive water damage in the ceiling in several areas through our 1 year of living there and it took them 2 months to replace a hinge in our cabinets.

Great apartment, but little sound insulation
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very homely, well priced for layout, good location.
Cons:
Can hear apartment above foot steps frequently. Expensive heat and ac since less units in building.
Advice to owner:
Insilate the floors
