    Easy access to the entire neighborhood, subway routes, far enough away from the hustle on Bedford Ave, very cozy space,
    Cons:
    Thin walls, the front door slammed shut everytime someone walked in, the stairwell/entrance area was constantly cluttered/ dirty especially when it rained or snowed, we had a problem getting our mail at one point
