Great Location Neighbors can be a nuisance

Pros

Loved the landlord, very accommodating, responsive and allowed changes to the apartment when needed. Rent was very affordable

Cons

First floor neighbors always smoking outside and it would come through the windows, additionally they always sit under the fire escape making it difficult, to step out for fresh air from time to time and made me concerned if i ever needed to use it.
