Great 2 bedroom, Decent price, Very clean building, Responsive super

Clean unit upon move in Very responsive super, lives in building Very clean lobby and hallways Pretty respectful neighbors No issues regarding pests or bugs Location is amazing, citi bike stop on block, Marcy St station two blocks away, 15 minute walk to the water, great laundry mat two blocks away Fresh paint before move in Stainless steel appliances Good mix of younger and older people in building Pet friendly No broker fee's
Cons:
No roof top access Management company is a bit abrasive, but the super, Manuel is great and very responsive Close to the BQE No in-building laundry

Bright & Cosy unit, kinda dirty

Pros:
Unit was bright and neighbors were nice. Good super.
Cons:
One Neighbor threw cigarettes in the stairwell constantly with no efforts to stop it. Stairwell was dirty.
Advice to owner:
Please keep the stairwell clean and stop the tenant throwing cigarette butts
