    New owner has severely deteriorated building in 10 months time

    Paying rent by Clickpay
    Cons:
    Building has been filthy since new owner didn't retain previous cleaning person; rats and mice are taking over the building, major repair issues with the building are piling up
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the building or pay me to leave if your plan is to do something other than keep the building
