No Problems Living Here

Pros

The building was very clean. The front yard was lovely and well maintained. It had cleanest front sidewalk on that block. It was quiet in our apartment. We loved living there. Rooftop access is not a common feature for rental purposes on the building. The front yard was always available to us and was furnished. The landlord was kind and always communicated respectfully. Moved out of state but would consider living there again if the opportunity presented itself to be back in New York. Since we caused no damage to the property our entire security deposit was refunded with no issues.

Cons

People in the neighborhood didn't pick up after their dogs. It was quite frustrating.

Install washer/dryer.
