Nice high ceilings, good location for train access

Cons

Real estate agent lied about owner living in the building, and he is an absolute nightmare. He is the worst neighbor in this building, he blasts music all night, drunkenly yells at tenants, and does not answer any phone calls. If you address him in person he yells at you and threatens you. He insists you pay him the rent in cash. Do not live here!

Grow up and learn to be a little professional. Don’t lie to people about what is included with their lease.
