    Good and Bad

    Pros:
    The good is that you're in a hotspot in Williamsburg literally steps away from the JMZ Hewes stop. You get a pretty large loft space for a great price.
    Cons:
    he cons are that you can hear the train from the unit and it is very loud. Ground floor so get bums and rodents/pest problems. My unit had a bursted pipe that caused water damage. The shower in very unpleasant as well. The unit lacks natural light.
    Advice to owner:
    Rennovate the shower and utilities!
