Zero redeeming qualities
Cons
Moldy, completely dilapidated, mouse infested, no heat through the winter so it was 20 degrees Fahrenheit inside, flooding inside from burst pipes, no water after pipes burst for months on end.
Advice to the owners
Never own another property and beg for mercy on your soul for leaving people to freeze to death in this building.

Ghost of a landlord
Pros
It's quiet, it's a nice neighborhood, the building could be really nice if they tried.
Cons
No heat installed, landlord does not respond to any inquiry whatsoever. Do not rent.
Advice to the owners
Sell the property. Never rent to anyone ever again. You are not fit for it.
