Newer building but with some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer dryer in unit. I had the ground floor so it had a great outdoor space
Cons:
Not top equipment. A lot of neighbors

Piece of trash building/management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Floor to ceiling windows in my room. Which is also a con because it’s not insulated so you feel all the heat in the summer and all the cold in the winter.
Cons:
- Weird apt layout: the apartments are divided into 6 rooms for 6 roommates to occupy - They hire someone who’s not an agent to go and look for roommates to fill the apartment. Usually the roommates don’t know one another and bad roommate matching led to a disaster in my case. - Building looks like it hasn’t been taken care of in ages. It’s never been cleaned since I moved. Management neglect is real. - Unresponsive and shady management company. Will leave you without heat/hot water until you call 311 to complain. Will blame you for a leak in your apartment and say you have to pay for damages you haven’t done. Will threaten you repeatedly by email. - Obnoxious tenants/neighbors. Tenants are loud, immature, and dirty. Also very likely not to have a stable job/income. - Landlord is an illiterate, greedy, fraudulent man who only cares about money. Will not give you your security deposit back!

98 Clay St
Former Tenant
Pros:
great view and space
Cons:
multiple cases of water damage, when called to fix the issue, they yelled at my partner. Had to report them to 311
Advice to owner:
fix your management team and stop hiking the rent price

Would not recommend staying here
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are little pros, so treat this as a Cons 2. The layout and location is nice. But all the walls are super thin, the neighbors throw parties almost every weekend till the morning. The management takes zero responsibility. We’ve had cabinets and drawers be “fixed” multiple times and yet they break again maybe a few days later. Some of the light fixtures just don’t even work.
Cons:
Mold, they refused to fix for months on end. And denied when we first presented the issue. Took 311 to come in for them to do anything about it and the issue is still waiting to be resolved. Issue has been going on for over 3 months. (One time, I had to pester them to fix this issue and they yelled at me over the phone)
Advice to owner:
Do your job and get a real job too, if your tenants are paying for amenities, be sure they’re fixed before people start paying for them!
