Management Company Very Helpful
Pros
The management company is kind of scatter brained but they are very responsive and the maintenance guys are the best. They are the largest and kindest men I've met in my life. Always telling you what actually needs to be done and how to contact the management to address the issue you have if they can't fix right then. Management company typically responds within 4 hours or less and the receptionist/admin worker is always a very sweet person.
Cons
Horrible about routine maintenance (sweeping and mopping of the hallways). The staircase gets very dirty. But they are responsive to fix the problem when it is addressed
