Poor management, predatory landlord

Good character, nice neighborhood and location, neighbors are friendly

Cons

Landlord is not responsive to problems. Trash cans are always overflowing. Heat and hot water go in and out. Landlord is raising rents more than 10% without addressing existing problems, does not care if this pushes out long term tenants.

Advice to the owners

Hire a better management service if you’re trying to charge the same rent as new construction for an aging building with defunct radiators!
