125 Gross Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
It sheltered me from the weather and it had a working bathroom. The neighbors are very friendly.
Cons:
The owner was unresponsive when it came to repairs or security. The front door was always broken. There were break ins and mail was always missing. Things were never fixed on time and required several visits from repair people. You were better off fixing it yourself.
The hallways were disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Make an effort to know the tenants. Run the building like you lived in it.
