The owner doesn't want to fix the problem. We lived there for so many years because of the convenience of transportation but our apartment was getting moldy every winter. Very little heat. We had to buy or own heater to warm the apartment. Broken sink leaking under the sink. They never fixed anything. Every time we tell them to fix, they would tell us to move if we don't like it. And raised $100 every 2 years for nothing. They are just greedy for money.Finally we are out of that garbage place.
Advice to the owners
Be a good landlord and good human being.
