    Mismanaged by corrupt landlords

    Pros:
    Great location, classic building, big apartments.
    Cons:
    The building has been chronically neglected for decades: sagging floors, cracked linoleum, leaking roof, broken floorboards, rusted ironwork, 50 year old gas meters, cracks in the wall and ceiling.

    The building has been subject to fraudulent deregulation and rent overcharge legal claims for years– still ongoing.
