    Beautiful rent stabilized apartment
    Cons:
    Strange renovations
    Pest issues - mice and roaches
    There is a hoarder squatting in the building that has created an incontrollable pest issue
    Updates need to be done on your own
    The building owner has a lengthy criminal history and has been incarcerated before
