    Pros:
    - the architectural detailing - the amount of space - the landlords - the block - the apartment layout - the biggest rental bathroom I’ve had
    Cons:
    - can get a little noisy but then again it’s New York so par for the course.
    Advice to owner:
    We loved having you as our landlords and will miss this apartment dearly. We admire your families commitment to the neighborhood and block!
