    Great neighbors and location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The super lives in the building and he is responsive. He keeps everything organized.
    The building only has 4 apartments so you will know all your neighbors.
    The neighbors are quiet. Everybody is respectful and I’ve never had a problem with any of them.
    The location is great, full of restaurants, bars, and stores. You are one block away from the train.
    Cons:
    The street gets very busy in summer so it can get loud if you live in one of those apartments.
    There’s a washing machine in the basement but no dryer.
