Location is probably the only pro
The landlord makes you pay in cash, he’s extremely unresponsive, didn’t send someone to fix our toilet for almost a week when we alerted him of the problem. He’s truly an absent landlord of the worst variety.
Treat your tenants like they are actual people and maybe you won’t have such bad luck.
