    Pros:
    I really can’t think of any. I guess the appliances worked?
    Cons:
    The worst place I’ve lived in 20 years in Mew York. Illegally overcharged for rent in a rat filled building with standing sewage in the basement.

    Grow a heart

    The halls and building itself are beyond filthy

    Pretend to give a shit about the quality of your buildings. The state of this building is criminal
