Great location but noisy

Pros

- You can't beat the location. It's close to all the best spots in Greenpoint, and a short walk from hot spots in Williamsbrug - The building is gut renovated and clean. No pests, even in the hallway - Amazing views from the roof - Easy online system for paying rent and submitting requests

Cons

- Noisy. rooftop parties/music sometimes till 2-3am, with guests being loud in the hallway/leaving empty beer cans/bottles all over the place - don’t recommend the building for families. Definitely a dorm vibe - The in-building laundry broke down semi-frequently
