Very friendly family owned apartment with responsive building manager. Broken appliances are fixed in a quick and professional manner. Great central location in Greenpoint. Common backyard area. Affordable compared to comparable apartments in the area.
Old building. Not a lot of closet space. Small bathroom. Garbage is to be taken out to street by tenants.
