Gem of an apartment
Pros
I really loved everything about the top floor apartment. Loved having a private entrance, a huge kitchen and the apartment all my friends envied. Loved having the landlords downstairs, sweetest family that have a lot of pride in their property and keep it up impeccably.
Cons
It’s a block away from the 94th precinct so you’d hear the cop car noises occasionally... but at the same time felt very safe.
Advice to the owners
Keep up the good work!
