    Great neighbors
    Great location
    Cons:
    BEWARE OF OWNER, will monitor your movements through security cameras on front of the building, enter your apartment without your consent, call/text early morning and late nights. Landlords sister lives in the building and will have drunken rages throughout the day and night, where you can hear screaming throughout the halls.
