Absolutely the worst landlords

Cons

Waterbug infestation. Rats. No privacy from landlords or super. They enter the property without proper notice regularly. Constant leaks. Aging pipes throughout and they refuse to hire legitimate plumbers. Questionable legality as far as boiler in kitchen. Thin walls and thin floors. When they enter your apartment without notice, they break your personal belongings and don’t tell you or say sorry. If you notice your silverware missing, it’s because they use it to clean out drains or to open paint cans. If you question their practices, they don’t give you a new lease.
