708 Manhattan Ave Abode

Pros

Each unit is the entire floor, very spacious with lots of storage and closet space. The businesses next door all have friendly owners and every neighbor we’ve had has become a friend. Has separate dining room from living space. Front bedroom is gorgeous with bay windows, favorite NYC bedroom of all time.

Noisy from traffic and bar next door.

Stop exorbitantly raising the rent.
