Cheap materials used for construction. Odd fixtures. Windows are single pane. No windows in common area. Owner has a habit of blaming tenants for building issues.
Your tenants pay you a lot of rent. If something breaks fix it, and don’t give them grief about it. It’s probably not their fault.
