    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Kept up very well by landlords. They live in the building so very responsive and a kind couple. Obsessed with the location and big gorgeous windows. Pretty good closet space too!
    Cons:
    No heat control- often gets too hot in the winter
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the older character of the building through any renovations- don’t fall into the trap of over-modernizing! This building is special because of its older charm while still being very clean and well cared for
