    Great place to live

    Pros:
    Very responsive landlord and live-in super; convenient location to laundromat even though not included in building; no pest issues in several years living there
    Cons:
    On busy street that can be loud; Apartment units are on the smaller side

    Pros:
    The management company is very responsive and the live in super is always available to help with any problems that arise. They also maintain the building very well. Deliveries in the building have never disappeared.

    The units are small.
