Slumlord in the making
Pros
great location, nice neighbors, largish space for being a 1 bedroom
Cons
- poor natural lighting, - slumlord, - cockroaches and mice. - Landlord lives in Turkey, barley even speaks english. Forcefully removes tenants without even offering opportunity to raise rent. - Walls are thin - Attempts to scare you with illegal "eviction notices" and threatens lawyers when attempting to illegally evict you. ( I've paid on time, for 6 years straight, zero issues. No grounds for even considering an eviction)
Advice to the owners
treat your tenants who have given you zero issues in over half a decade with a modicum of respect.
