Well managed great location
Pros
Direct line of communication with the landlord who is very responsive and quick to send a contractor on the rare occasion there’s an issue. Rent is priced fairly. Great natural light. Only 4 units (1 per floor) so neighbors lookout for each other and packages/deliveries.
Cons
It’s an older building so the windows stick and the double hung slide down some on their own. Water pressure is generally good but sometimes is low if multiple people are showering and the water takes a minute to warm up.
