    Loved it as my starter apartment, but wish some things were better.

    Pros:
    Loved my modern apartment aesthetic, but not the best.
    Cons:
    Creaky staircases, some apartments had thicker walls (not mine, so you could hear everything going on), renovating the downstairs the paint was so smelly/toxic
