Pros:
quiet building and block, nice neighbors, affordable
Cons:
building is owned by slumlord as many are in the area. sloppy repairs and sloppy paint. old appliances that aren't manufactured anymore, like you have to light a match to use the stove, so it worked but... yeah. he doesn't care about tenants. downstairs door didn't lock when i was living there bc it was broken.
Advice to owner:
make people feel safe. beautiful building with character how about stepping up, having pride, being a decent "business" owner. yeah.

Pros:
Nice neighbourhood and that’s about it.
Cons:
• Owner doesn’t do much of anything. Claimed an old toilet was a new low flow toilet and that’s why we had to flush it three times.

• Hasn’t given back my security deposit.

• Loves to yell at tenants when they raise issues with him.
Advice to owner:
Be a person and treat people with respect.
