Noisy building + neurotic landlord

Cons
Noisy- building can hear everything, including people in hallway and tenants on different floors. Lots of truck and car noise from McGuiness ave. Landlord lives in building and uses security cameras to track tenants in uncomfortable ways and keep tabs on others outside. Leaves notes around apartment rather than communicating with tenants in a professional way, including passive aggressive notes/ texts when he lacks upfront communication on landlord responsibilities.
