bad landlord

Pros

Cute old quirky house in nice location

Cons

Despite paying full rent on time, landlord tries to sue and evict us during pandemic, blamed issues with old house on us and illegally withheld our security deposit, denied ability to sublet, among other things. Had to deal with mice and roaches, leaks and broken appliances.
