    loft building, huge apartments, great rooftop views
    Cons:
    unfortunately, building has mice and insects, which live within the walls
    Advice to owner:
    rodent inspections

    Pros:
    Space was good, reasonably responsive to issues with plumbing/heat, let us do whatever we wanted with the build out of the loft space.
    Cons:
    They took out the elevator without notice.
