Centrally located to Manhattan, citi bike right outside, very close to G train
The next door neighbor is awful and very noisy. The heat works well, when it’s on, but often gets shut off in the basement, if you run to many appliances the electricity for the apartment goes off and it’s hard to contact the landlord to get it turned back on. A lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs
