    Pros:
    * Great neighborhood
    * Friendly neighbors
    * Spacious unit
    Cons:
    * Sporadic maintenance (common halls not cleaned often)
    * Non-responsive management co (takes time to get requests cleared)
    * minor roach problem, so had to take matters into our own hands
    Advice to owner:
    Be more proactive in engaging with tenants
