Pros:
Was decent rent for the area at the time, not too big in terms of number of rental units, good location.
Cons:
The building was consistently left unsecured - specifically a door to the basement in which there were squatters living in the basement.

Pros:
Great location, nice neighbors
Cons:
Huge rent increases. Roof leaks.Massive amount of rats in basement. Management company is bad (Safeguard). Apartments are renovated but building is not updated. Stolen packages.
Advice to owner:
Change management company and update building, not just units.
