Clean and quiet. Neighborhood is great. Landlord is responsive if something needs fixing, but otherwise super chill.
The worst thing I could say is that the intercom didn't work too well (Buzzer would ring and I could buzz people in, but I couldn't hear them and don't know if they could hear me)
