it’s not ideal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
Landlords are corporate, don’t care about the building or the people in it. Evicted everyone when they bought it, didn’t update anything, triples the rent, ruined the back yard.
Advice to owner:
Care more
