Decent hot water, great water pressure, perfect location, W/D in unit (when it works)

Cons

Top floor and the sunlights cooked us-- absolutely unbearable temperature in the summer. Rickety stairs will little support. The management portal is useless; they don't respond to it. You must email them if you want assistance.
