    Cheap but livable

    Pros:
    Quiet, on a park, rent stabilized
    Cons:
    Dirty, trash out front, landlord doesn't respond, mold in walls and ceilings, leaks
    Advice to owner:
    Clean your building and install proper appliances rather than cheap crap
