Pros
A great size for the price/neighborhood.
Cons
Owner is irrational, enters your apartment without warning, yells about minor odd things (I am an artist who hung some drawings in my window to see them with more light—this was unacceptable to her), and refused to wear a mask throughout the pandemic while in our apartments and interacting with movers, plumbers, visitors, etc. Once my toilet was removed from the bathroom and set in the middle of my kitchen for a whole weekend without warning, with an offer to use the toilet in the vacant apartment downstairs until it was fixed. Upon move out she threw a fit, and broke many of my items as I set them outside to either load into my car or leave for a pre-scheduled trash pickup.
