Renters approve of the building's owners
The landlord and her family live in the building so they take very good care of it. The kitchen was newly renovated and the rest of the apartment was in great shape.
The shower head was in the center of the tub rather than on the short side of the rectangle but it's one of those things where if that is the only problem with your NYC apartment then you have a good life.
