Nice walk up building. Good appliances - good view of city. Lived here in 2021

Really Loud construction every morning right in our faces as a new building was built so close.

Yearly rent hikes

Pros

It’s a newer building with high ceilings and well laid out space. It’s close to the highway for drivers.

Cons

The owners hike the rent up 50-60% every year since we’ve been here. It’s a complaint from every tenant.

Advice to the owners

Raising rent by more then 100-200 per year should be criminal.
