    Bad place to live.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The neighbors were friendly.
    Cons:
    Had no heat for the entire winter, building super was non-existent and would request we re-light our own pilot light to get the heater back on by touching two exposed wires together.
    Advice to owner:
    Please fix the pilot light.
