Landlord is an Angel

Pros

Everything! I love the location, the landlord (which is so rare), the set up, the price. Could not be better. I'm only moving out because I'm moving in with my partner (my roommates are staying), but I would gladly rent from Dane again in the future. He has great vibes, is fair with rent increases, and is responsive. A good, family-owned building with kind neighbors.

Cons

Sometimes there's BQE noise or street construction, but it comes with the territory of living near the highway. No surprises.
