Pros outweighed cons

Pros

Nice and updated. Laundry in building. Location close to park. Lots of natural light. We paid way below market rate for our unit.

Cons

Noise from BQE. Slow response time from management when there were issues. Couldn’t get a hold of them on weekends. Tiny bedrooms.

Advice to the owners

Make it easier to contact you at off hours when issues arise

Pros

Living along the BQE I was worried it would be too noisy - but its very quiet!

Cons

Management completely unresponsive and takes forever to fix things. Laundry in building often breaks down, and we lost hot water multiple times as well.
