    Fake luxury, but ok

    Close to mccarren park, great rooftop
    Cons:
    Not enough washing machines for the number of apartments, apartment was not in move in ready condition as promised, it’s clear they cut corners during construction on certain things

    - Loud BQE & fire station nearby
    - Lack of ventilation without opening windows to loud BQE & fire station
    - Hallway access could have better sound insulation
